Mid-quarter Reflection

I think that I should get a 2.5 on effort because most time I was working, but it was on the small things. For example, during the planning stage of the sukkah I made some ideas but tweaked on everyone else’s ideas so they could be better. Also, during the first stage of building the sukkah my job was to cut tape for the studs on the inside walls, that job was simple yet time-consuming. Although I had to cut tape most of the time, I didn’t do too much except when one of my teammates needed help with something that needed two people to get done.

I think that I should get a 2.75 on achievement because my group was a little behind at the start, but near the end of the project we did a lot and finished. For example, all the other group were making the first part of their sukkah while we were still planning. Also, when we were starting to build we had a lot of minor setbacks  that slowed us down. Although we were a little behind near the end, we did a lot in the last two days.

I think that I am good at listening because I think that I mostly listen, suggest things and ask questions. For instance, in the sukkah project I listened to other peoples ideas and tweaked them.

I think that I am worse at workload because I am not that good at making lots of ideas. For instance, in the sukkah project I mostly tweak other ideas, suggest things, and ask questions.
